It is being reported a man who provides some of the most famous voices in The Simpsons has done a U-turn - and is no longer planning to quit.
Harry Shearer - who is responsible for voicing Mr Burns and Ned Flanders, among man others - shocked fans in May by announcing he was leaving the long-running show, which is soon entering its 27th season.
Shearer had said his decision to leave was because he wants the freedom to do other work
However the Entertainment Weekly website is reporting he has now signed a new contract.
Simpsons producer Al Jean has taken to Twitter to 'clear up a misunderstanding' and to say he is glad Shearer is returning to the show:

Shearer (71) has been a part of 'The Simpsons' cast since 1989, voicing such characters as Mr Burns, Waylon Smithers, Ned Flanders, Reverend Lovejoy, Kent Brockman, Dr Hibbert, Lenny Leonard, Principal Skinner and Rainier Wolfcastle.
He is also the recipient of two Cable Ace Awards.
Film audiences will also know Shearer for his work on the mockumentary, 'This is Spinal Tap'.
