Extinction Rebellion, a climate campaigners group, poured fake oil over themselves while protesting outside the Irish Funds Industry convention.
The group are holding the “die-in” protest to call on investment funds and banks to stop investing in fossil fuels.

Spokesperson Leslie Marce says the group is planning to stay for a “number of hours.”
They are protesting “to show that we should not accept these kinds of investments,” according to Ms Marce.
“They have to divest as soon as possible and if they don't, the consequences for every one of us and for the generations to come will be terrible.”
