A man who was extradited to Ireland from Hungary last week is set to appear in court later.
He was arrested at Dublin Airport on Friday, following his extradition from Budapest.
He was arrested there on December 11th on foot of a European Arrest Warrant for offences committed here.
He was sought by An Garda Síochána for alleged offences under the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act 1998.
Gardaí say the investigation involved close cooperation between An Garda Síochána, Hungarian authorities and other partners of the European Network Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST).
The man was taken to Killarney Garda station where he was processed.
He is set to appear before Limerick Circuit Court later on Monday.
