A family has been forced to leave their home after their mother was beaten with a baseball bat in Co Louth.
It is the latest attack on the family, who live in College Manor in Dundalk.
They have also had rocks and bananas thrown at their house several times over the past few years.
Gardaí say they are investigating the assault, which happened last Friday at around 9.00pm.
No arrests have been made and investigations ongoing.
The house was attacked by a group of men and women.
During the assault a baseball bat was used against Abolora Delo, as the attackers wanted to find her son who had jumped out an upstairs window.
She has been living in Ireland for 15 years, and says it was the worst attack she has experienced.
She said: "She came back to me, shouting at me, right in front of me, yelling, shouting, threatening to hit me with the stick.
"I just bent down to adjust my shoe then she hit me with the stick from the face and knocked me on the head.
"The men that came with her started kicking my back".
Abolora says her son, who was born in Ireland, has been targeted for over a year.
She says gangs have waited outside school for him.
"He's scared of his life, he has gone through too much emotional torture.
"He can't even sleep, he wouldn't eat - his mind is somewhere else".
Abolora also spoke to The Hard Shoulder about her family's recent experiences - you can listen back to the full interview below:
