Foreign diplomats are discussing an evacuation plan from North Korea, as fears grow that Pyongyang is preparing to launch a missile.
The heads of all EU missions are meeting today, after embassies were warned the north would be unable to guarantee their safety if a conflict broke out and they should consider leaving.
Most governments have so far said they don't plan to withdraw personnel.
It follows reports that North Korea has loaded two intermediate-range missiles, and hidden them in underground facilities near its east coast.
Sky reporter Mark Stone says there are reports North Korea says the situation is alarming, but it may just be more rhetoric from Kim Jong Un.
