Fianna Fáil has enjoyed a rebound in the latest political opinion poll, jumping four percentage points to 16% support.
However, the party remains the third most popular in the country with Fine Gael retaining the top spot.
The party is on 29% support according to the Red C poll for the Business Post, on 29%, a five-point decline.
Sinn Féin also saw a drop of three percentage points and is now on 27%.
But both parties have lost some support after a period of growth in popularity.
The Green Party and Labour are both unchanged with 5% and 3%, respectively.
The Social Democrats have seen a boost of one point to 5%.
Also unchanged are Solidarity - PBP on 3%, and Aontú on 2%.
Independents and others are on 10%, a two-point increase.
The poll was taken in the week between January 21st and 28th, and has a margin of error of 3.3%.
