Fianna Fáil is claiming Mary Lou McDonald should have lost a month's salary over her abuse of Dáil privilege.
The Sinn Féin deputy leader didn't suffer any penalty - in spite of a ruling against her by the Dáil's Committee on Procedures and Privelege.
The committee ruled that her claims in the Dáil of tax evasion by six former politicians were defamatory and an abuse of privilege.

Fianna Fail Party Whip Seán Ó Fearghaíl says the committee should be allowed to impose sanctions on TDs who abuse Dáil privilege.
He says they should be docked at least one month's salary.
