31 year old Ryan Watson of Modiesburn in Glasgow, 45 year old Miljan Koprivica of Bolin Drive, Manchester, 40 year old Gary Monks of Amulree in Glasgow and 30 year old Conor Costello of Earhart Park, Madamsbank Road in Derry are all charged with conspiring with each other.

The fifth man, 28-year-old Feljon Lao, from the Philippines but with no address given, was charged with conspiring with one more or unknown persons in relation to the charge.

It is alleged that the offences took place between January 11th and 13th and given the charges involved, there can be no application for bail in the district court.

However, solicitors representing three of the defendants are making a bail application before the High Court.

The men were remanded in custody to appear before Tralee District Court via video link on January 22nd.
