A small passenger plane has crashed at Belgium's Charleroi (pron: SHARL'ROY) Airport, killing five people.

The Cessna had problems on take off and came down on the side of the runway.

The airport which is used as a hub by Ryanair and other low cost carriers has now been closed.

Three children are believed to be among the dead.
