The Aer Lingus flights affected are to and from Cork and Dublin to Milan, Munich, Paris and London Heathrow.
Whilst Ryanair has cancelled some of its flights between Dublin, Knock, Shannon, Derry and London Stansted.
Passengers are advised to check with their airline before travelling.

Meanwhile, in the UK, Heathrow Airport has cancelled 10% of its flights today.
