Garron Noone has said it was “really random” how he invented his famous catch phrase ‘Follow me, I’m delicious”.
The Mayo man has shot to fame thanks to his social media content.
He started to review food and millions of people now watch his comedic clips and reaction videos.
Recently, he did a sketch demanding that the sun return to Ireland after over a week of cloudy, melancholy weather.
It is, he told The Pat Kenny Show, “wild” how many fans he garnered over the years.
When he started out on social media, he decided he would post something every day and he freely admits that some of his videos were “terrible”.

One thing that really blew up was a review of a sausage roll.
“It was completely unfunny, uninteresting,” he recalled.
“So, I said, ‘I’m just going to say something really random at the end of the video.’
“So, I said, ‘Follow me, I’m delicious.’”
At the time, he had no idea he had just created a catch phrase that would define him to so many of his followers.
“People just responded to it,” he said.
“Now every video after that, people said, ‘Why didn’t you say, ‘Follow me, I’m delicious at the end?’”

Ever since then, Garron has finished all his videos with that very simple instruction.
And it’s worked - he now has 1.7 million followers on Instagram and his videos have been liked over 50 million times on TikTok.
Garrone now performs in person as well and tickets for his live shows are available on Ticketmaster.
