Footage has been released showing a fishing boat crew jumping off their vessel as it sinks - and then being rescued surrounded by debris.
In the video released by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, the crew was pictured on the side of the Irish trawler - Iuda Naofa - after it took on water and turned over.
They then ended up in the sea as the 23-metre long boat went down in bad weather off the coast of the Isle of Lewis in Scotland.
The video from a coastguard rescue helicopter also showed the aircraft's crew winching them to safety.
Two of the crew were airlifted to a nearby trawler, while the other three were taken to hospital where they were treated for mild hypothermia.
The Iuda Naofa had started taking on water 77kms north of the Butt of Lewis at 11am on Tuesday.
The helicopter then dropped a salvage pump on to the vessel to try to get the water out but that plan was unsuccessful as it became "swamped".
Coastguard duty watch manager Paul Tunstall said: "The weather conditions on scene were very rough seas, with force six winds."
"Evacuating the five crew swiftly and safely before the vessel went down was a great achievement."
