The former Quinn glass company in Co Fermanagh has been sold to Vidrala - a Spanish container glass manufacturing company - for over €400m.
Northern Sound reports that Aventas Manufacturing Group Limited has announced that following a comprehensive sale process - which they say attracted very considerable interest - Encirc Ltd has been sold to Vidrala.
The transaction - which involves Encirc's manufacturing plants in Derrylin and Elton as well as the filling operation at Elton - has been completed for a total consideration of €408.6m.
