Police say two men and two women have been shot dead at a business in St Louis, Missouri.

KTVI-TV reports that the shooting was targeted at one particular business within the Cherokee Place Business Incubator.

Emergency crews and homicide investigators are at the scene.

Police said they were not searching for a shooter.

Thursday's shooting comes amid a violent week for St Louis, with police there having reported 17 shootings overnight from Monday to Tuesday.
