Much of the North East of the United States is slowly grinding to a halt - with a major blizzard threatening to dump up to 3 feet of snow.
At least four people are reported to have died due to the severe weather conditions.
More than 4-thousand flights have now been cancelled - and all traffic banned from roads in Massachusetts.
