They say the best things in life are free - now including your breakfast.
Research carried out has revealed that we are a nation of egg lovers, with a whopping 62% voting eggs their favourite breakfast menu item - ahead of sausages at 20% and bacon at 18%.
To that end, McDonald's have launched Free Breakfast Friday, which will see the company give away 40,000 Egg McMuffins on Friday March 27th.

And it seems ketchup is king - with 44% voting it their top breakfast condiment. Jam comes a close second at 42%, followed by brown sauce, hollandaise sauce and mayonnaise.
