A French court will rule later on whether Closer magazine must stop publishing topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.

Lawyers for William and Kate are calling for an injunction.

They’ve also asked the judge to decide whether the magazine’s editor and the photographer who took the pictures should face criminal charges.

Privacy lawyer Christopher Mesnooh thinks the decision will go the royals’ way.
