There are fresh fears of strike action at Aer Lingus, but this time it's over a row that's brewing in relation to rosters.
According to the Irish Independent, the IMPACT trade union is looking at balloting workers based at Dublin Cork and Shannon Airports.
If they vote in favour of industrial action, the airline could face rolling work stoppages during the busy summer period starting as early as later this month.

Back in March a strike over the company's pension fund was averted after the High Court ruled it was illegal.
