There are warnings of further flooding this week with Storm Ciarán en route.
Met Éireann issued a Yellow rain warning for Kerry from 12pm tomorrow to 12pm on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the UK Met Office has issued yellow rain warnings for counties Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Derry from Monday to Wednesday.
Met Éireann warned there will be heavy showers or longer spells of rain from Monday to Wednesday across Ireland with flooding likely in places, as soils are saturated and river levels are high.
“Later Wednesday and on Thursday, Storm Ciarán will bring falls of heavy rain and strong winds,” it said.
“Current indications suggest the heaviest rain and strongest winds will be in Munster and Leinster with flooding likely.”

Localised flooding, difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility are likely as a result of the rain.
These warnings come following intense flooding in recent weeks in the south east of the country.
Towns such as Midleton, Co Cork, saw homes and businesses completely flooded and people walking through rainwater up to their waists.
Sinn Féin Spokesperson on Climate Action Darren O'Rourke said the Government should do more to protect people and property at risk of flooding.
“I absolutely feel that there's more that can be done,” he said.
“There should be no delays in allocating payments as has often been the case in the past.
“We need a comprehensive support package there for people affected.”

There have also been calls to introduce an official flood warning system that was previously proposed by the Government in 2016.
Met Éireann Spokesperson Paul Downes previously said recent heavy rainfall means the ground is already saturated.
“The Yellow warning is for the amount of rainfall that's going to fall,” he said.
“However, with that saturated ground, that rain is going to accumulate on the roads and land where it’s already waterlogged very quickly.
“The risk of flooding is increased when the ground is saturated or waterlogged this time of year.”
