More than 1,000 people gathered in Kerry last night for a special mass to remember a murdered mother and daughter.
Jolanta Lubiene, 27, and her daughter Enrika, 8, were stabbed to death at their home in Langford Downs, Killorglin some time between 2pm and 6pm on Saturday.
Their bodies were discovered on Sunday night when a family friend tried to call on them, but couldn't get an answer at the door of their home.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have made contact with Jolanta Lubiene via the internet in the days before her death to come forward.
