Gardaí in Dublin are investigating two separate stabbings in the city last night, and have asked to speak to anyone who may have witnessed either of them.
A 19-year-old was attacked with a knife in a shop on College Green at around half eleven - he was taken to St James Hospital where he is in a stable condition.
Three teenagers were arrested after the incident - a boy and a girl were later released without charge, but a 19-year-old has been charged with assault.
He's due before Dublin District Court on the 28th of this month.
Elsewhere, a man in his twenties arrested after a separate stabbing in south Dublin last night has been released without charge.
The 41-year-old victim was seriously injured when he was stabbed at half eleven last night at an apartment on Clarence Street in Dun Laoghaire.
He's being treated at St Vincent's Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
