Gardaí in Tipperary have released one of the men they were questioning after they found a cannabis grow house yesterday.

Over a thousand plants were uncovered during the search in New Inn, before officers raided a second premises used to dry the drugs.

Cannabis herb and a shotgun were also seized.

It's thought the plants could have a street-value of up to €700,000.

Two other men arrested yesterday are still being held this morning.
