A man being questioned about a fatal assault in Cork city in October has been released without charge.
The male victim (36) was found unconscious on St Patrick's Quay in Cork on October 3rd and he later died in hospital.

A man (27) was arrested in Dublin yesterday, in connection with the incident. He was questioned at Clondalkin garda station before being released shortly around midnight.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
