The GRA, which represents rank-and-file members of the force, has refused to engage in talks over any new Croke Park deal which involves reductions in salary.
Last night, the Dublin Metropolitan North, Cork North and Tipperary branches of the Garda Representative association all voted in favour of the 'blue flu' - if Garda pay is targeted under a new Croke Park Agreement.
Meanwhile, two votes of no confidence in The Minister for Justice and the Garda Commissioner were also passed.
