Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in his 20s in connection with the armed robbery of a cash-in-transit van on the north side of the city today.
It happened at about half past nine this morning at Donaghmede Shopping Centre when a lone gunman threatened security staff as they transferred cash.
He made off with an undisclosed sum of money in a silver Volkswagen Scirocco.

A man in his 20s was arrested in Kinsealy during follow-up searches a short time later.
He is being detained at Coolock Garda Station.
