A post mortem is getting underway this morning on the body of a woman found in north Dublin yesterday afternoon.

Although the body has not been formally identified, it was found close to the search for missing Terenure woman Peggy Mangan, who had been missing from her home since last Tuesday morning.

There had been reported sightings of her in north Dublin.

The remains were discovered at around half past three yesterday afternoon at Ballymun Road.
