An 11-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Dublin overnight has been found safe and well.

The girl went missing from her home in Clondalkin in the early hours of this morning.

Gardaí had appealed for the public's help, saying they were concerned for her welfare.

However, she's now been found safe and well.

The gardaí have thanked the public for their assistance.
