A 29-year-old man is still being questioned by Gardaí in Co Dublin in connection with the murder of Michael Gannon.

The 55-year-old was attacked while he was baby-sitting two grandchildren in Mourne Park in Skerries on Thursday evening. 

A Romanian man was arrested shortly afterwards - and remains in custody this morning. 

A post-mortem was carried out on Mr Gannon's body yesterday - but Gardaí won't released the results for operational reasons. 

They're appealing for anyone who was in the area on Thursday - or who may have seen anything suspicious - to come forward.
