Gardaí believe they have “taken out” the main supply network of cocaine and crack cocaine in West Dublin.
On Tuesday, more than €14 million worth of drugs were seized in Laois and Dublin.
In total, 182 kg of cocaine were discovered, alongside 4 kgs of cannabis, and €25,000 euro in cash.
Eight vehicles with drug paraphernalia were also confiscated during the raids.
Assistant Commissioner for the Dublin Metropolitan Region Paul Cleary described it as a very sophisticated operation.
“They have their equipment for mixing, cooking, rebagging, sealing and stamping… for distribution,” he said.
“So, it’s the whole network and we’re satisfied that we have taken out… the whole network which was supplying into the West Dublin communities.”
Three men remain in custody for questioning.
