Gardaí in Cork are appealing for information following a fire at a restaurant in the City, which was started in suspicious circumstances.
Emergency services attended the scene of a fire at N Square Steakhouse & Seafood Restaurant on Camden Quay at about 5:30am on Wednesday the 8th of June.
Six teams from Cork City Fire Brigade tackled the blaze and approximately 100 people were safely evacuated from overhead and neighbouring apartments.
The fire was brought under control and no one injured during the incident.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was the Camden Street or Pine Street area during the early hours of the 8th June to contact them.
They are particularly appealing for footage or images recorded at the scene on mobile phones or other devices.
