Gardai are investigating an aggravated burglary at a house in Co Galway. 

At around 9.30pm last night, four men entered a house near the Church in Caherlistrane.

They then tied up the sole occupant of the house, a man in his 60s.

The four raiders were all wearing balaclavas and gloves, and one was carrying a crow bar.

A sum of cash was taken - and the victim was traumatised - but uninjured.
