Gardaí investigating the suspicious death of a man in Kilkenny have named him as 42-year-old Anthony Barrett.
His remains were found in a house in Fatima Place at about 7pm on Thursday evening.
A post-mortem has been carried out but Gardaí say they will not be disclosing the cause of death for operational reasons.

They are appealing for witnesses - and are asking anyone who was in the area between Wednesday and Thursday evening - to contact Kilkenny Garda Station.
