Gardaí have said they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the discovery of a body in Limerick.
The man's body was found in a wooded area today near Dooradoyle in County Limerick and a file will now be prepared for the Coroner.
Separately, Gardaí are investigating allegations of assault involving two female injured parties in Limerick City that occurred over the early hours of last Monday.
One of the women raised the alarm by escaping and running to a shop.
Sources said Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry on this.
Officers have said the sole person of interest in the case is dead and there is no risk to public safety.
