Gardai have released a man detained over the murder of Christopher Warren in Dublin.

The 35 year old died from gunshot wounds to his chest, after being dropped at St. James's Hospital in Dublin around 7 on Friday night.

A man in his late 20s, being questioned at Kilmainham Garda Station, has been released overnight (2am).

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
