The Criminal Assets Bureau has seized the home of an alleged drug dealer in north Dublin.
The house and assets were seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act after a court determined they came from the sale and supply of drugs in Cabra and Finglas areas of Dublin.
Seven designer watches and cash were also confiscated as part of the years-long investigation into Christopher Waldron.
High Court orders were granted to seize the property on Killala Road in Cabra as well as seven designer watches.
The property had been acquired by Christopher Waldron in 2013.
As part of the investigation, a quantity surveyor was appointed to carry out an inspection of the home which had been extensively renovated.
The estimated cost of these works was in the region of €430,000.
The funds used to build an extension and renovate the property were also determined to have come from criminal activity.
The watches were sold at auction in December for €72,900. The CAB said more than €77,000 has already been returned to the State.
The property will be sold shortly and the proceeds will also be lodged to the State's Central Fund, which is the Government's main treasury account.
