Gardaí are waiting to question a man who has been admitted to hospital in Dublin after an armed robbery at a shop on Saturday.
The man in his 30s was taken to St. James Hospital after his arrest where another man who is one of the staff members in the shop remains in a critical condition after the attack.
It happened at a convenience shop on James Street shortly before 10pm on Saturday.

A man threatened 2 shop workers with a syringe.
One of the workers who is in his 30s collapsed at the scene and was taken to to St. James’s where he is still being treated.
