The counting of votes has concluded and all 174 seats for the next Dáil have now been filled.
The final count at Cavan-Monaghan was completed just moments ago, with Niamh Smyth and Brendan Smith - both Fianna Fáil - taking the fourth and fifth seats here.
They join David Maxwell (Fine Gael), Matt Carthy (Sinn Féin) and Cathy Bennett (Sinn Féin) who were elected preciously.

With counting now complete, the final tally of seats for each party is as follows:
- Fianna Fáil - 48
- Sinn Féin - 39
- Fine Gael - 38
- Labour - 11
- Social Democrats - 11
- Independent Ireland - 4
- People Before Profit-Solidarity - 3
