Gerry Adams says Sinn Féin is now ready to go into government.

He says the Fine Gael and Labour coalition is on its last legs, and Sinn Fein is prepared to take over power.

He was speaking as the party's TDs and Senators meet in Dublin ahead of the return to Dáil business tomorrow.

Mr Adams says no matter when the next election is held, Sinn Féin will be ready to ask the people for power.
