There will be plenty of advice and tools you can use to improve your wellbeing and create a strategy to living a fuller life.

We look at mental health in the most important place in our lives – the place if nurtured right - could be our biggest source of strength, support and love… the family.

We will also be speaking with GPs, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, poets, artists, service providers and people with lived life experiences as we dedicate the whole 2 hour show to changing minds about mental health – one conversation at a time!
