Humanitarian charity GOAL is to expand its operation in war-torn Syria, following confirmation that the US government is to provide it with an extra 2.5 million dollars for aid supplies.

The agency is working with almost 28,000 displaced Syrians in the northern Syrian provinces of Aleppo and Idlib.
