The Peace and Neutrality Alliance say the government should ensure that all military aircraft flights through Shannon Airport are searched.
The group is holding its annual general meeting in Dublin this afternoon, while a monthly vigil takes place at the Shannon Airport roundabout.
It claims the government decision to have an aviation policy of seeking "additional military aircraft" and total refusal to search US military flights shows "its commitment to perpetual war continues."
It comes after two former Guantanamo Bay prisoners, whose extraordinary extraditions involved planes that the European Union say landed in Shannon, were mentioned in a US Senate report on CIA torture.
Chair of the Peace and Neutrality Alliance is Roger Cole.
He says the fact that the Irish government allows US military flights to land in Ireland makes them complicit.
