A gym chain has announced it is to open an outlet in a Dublin city shopping centre.
Flyefit will become the first ever leisure tenant at the Jervis Shopping Centre when it opens in the coming weeks.
The leasing has been brokered by property advisor Savills.
It will see the gym take up 18,100 sq. ft. of space on the first-floor and first-floor upper, beside Golden Discs.
The Jervis Shopping Centre has reported an annual footfall of 14.1 million.
Located on Dublin's Mary Street, it is home to a wide range of stores offering fashion, leisure, technology and dining.
Recently the centre has attracted the biggest JD Sports outlet in Ireland, and it is also home to the biggest New Look in Europe.
Colleen Fox is senior surveyor with Savills Ireland.
"Having the benefit of being situated on Ireland's busiest shopping street has ensured Jervis has retained exceptional visitor numbers.
"Coupled with this, the unique tenant mix included has ensured that it continues to attract top-quality tenants, evidenced by the most recent lettings to Flyefit, Ginzeng and Golden Discs."
Flyefit has 15 facilities around Ireland across Dublin and Cork.
