Sir Elton John’s given Madonna some rare praise – despite recently saying she looked like a “fairground stripper”.

He’s previously criticised her for apparently being horrible to his son’s godmother, Lady Gaga.

But in an interview, he praised the singer’s achievements – saying she made opportunities for other women, like Gaga and Katy Perry.
