TD Eoin Hayes has been placed on an indefinite suspension after a review by the Social Democrats.
Hayes was initially suspended after it emerged he had worked for the company Palantir, which provides targeting software for the Israeli military.
Following an internal review the Social Democrats have placed him on indefinite suspension without any current mechanism for Mr Hayes to be readmitted to the party.

However, Acting Party leader Cian O’Callaghan denied it was a form of constructive dismissal.
