A health insights company is to create 120 new jobs between Dublin and New York.
LetsGetChecked gives people direct access to a range of testing options and clinical services from home.
It is to create 70 jobs in its Dublin office and further 50 jobs internationally - with plans to expand the team to 250 by the end of 2020.
The roles include technical, engineering, nursing and customer solutions teams.
Many of these will be based at its offices in Dun Laoghaire.
The company currently employs 129 staff between New York and Dublin.
Its tests cover general health, men's health, women's health and sexual health.
They are available nationwide in Europe, the US and Canada.
CEO and founder Peter Foley of LetsGetChecked said: "We have plans for further expansion to allow for an even more diverse offering of home health tests and clinical services in 2020.
"These new jobs will help us as we expand internationally and the hires on our engineering team will help us further develop our technology platform to give people more control over their personal health and wellbeing."
The company's medical director, Dr Dominic Rowley, added: "We are in no way taking away from the importance of seeing your doctor, if you are worried, our highly skilled medical team can guide you in the right direction."
In May this year, the firm announced US$30m (€27.2m) in funding with LTP - a Boston-based growth equity investment firm focused on healthcare IT.
