Cross examination of Jules Thomas, Ian Bailey's long term partner, has resumed at the High Court after a two day hiatus.
The artist (65) with an address at Schull, Co Cork, is being questioned about statements she made to gardaí following her arrest in connection with the 1996 murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
She claims the memos of the garda interviews do not match up with what she told detectives.
She has told the jury she was horrified when she saw the garda memos of her interviews following her own arrest in connection with the killing because they were full of 'omissions, additions, alterations and inventions.'
Her statement says in the car home on the night before the killing Ian Bailey told her he had a bad feeling about something going to happen and pointed out that lights were on in Alfie's house, a neighbour of the French film producer.
Jules Thomas told the court that that part of her statement was 'pure invention'.
Her evidence is part of Ian Bailey's action for damages against the State and garda authorities for alleged wrongful arrest on suspicion of murdering the French film producer.
The court did not sit the last two days because a jury member was unavailable.
