This morning commuters picked up their last ever issue of the Metro Herald - and it was a bumper retrospective special.

On Monday it was revealed the paper, which has been in circulation since 2010, would be shutting down.

The paper decided to put the workers who hand out the free sheet front and centre on the last cover.

The paper republished some of the stories that helped Dubliner's make it though their morning commutes...
