Lisa Madden is currently flying the flag for Ireland in Miami, Florida, where she is competing to claim the title of the most beautiful woman in the universe, 2015.
The 22-year-old dentistry student from Cork is taking part in Donald Trump's Miss Universe pageant, and hopes to be named the first Irish winner of the now controversial competition.
Earlier this morning, she took part in the 'National Costumes' round, which asks the women representing each country to wear an elaborately designed signature look that best encompasses what it is to be from Ireland.

Miss Ireland's costume, inspired by knights in Celtic mythology, is typically of the avant garde and exaggerated outfits typically worn in this round of the competition.
