Staff at HMV are tonight staging sit-ins at two of the company's branches in Limerick.
It follows the announcement this evening that the retailer's Irish operations have gone into receivership - meaning 16 stores across Ireland are to temporarily close.
It's expected workers at other stores around the country will join the protest.
Employees say they are in talks with the company's receiver tonight - they're looking for assurances that all of their wages will be paid in full.
