Fans of Irish Eurovision superstar Johnny Logan can now learn to play like the Hold me Now-singer with his new online music lessons.
On the German website PlayGuitar, the singer-songwriter, who twice sang Eurovision winners and wrote another for Linda Martin, will school those wanting to learn to croon like the leather-clad Logan with 10 of his songs. The songbook currently retails for €47, on sale from the €77 price.
Posting on Facebook, the Irish singer, whose Eurovision success catapulted him to fame across central and northern Europe, said that the songbook was something he always aspired to do.

“An opportunity to work with my son Jack on songs that have meant so much to me over the years was something I knew immediately I wanted to do,” he said.
He continues: “The result is a close up and personal approach to those songs broken down into an easy to play format and a video of Jack and myself working together professionally for the first time. I hope in the future this songbook helps both musicians and budding songwriters to find their own path to the music and creativity that is in all of us.”
Although the website is a German retailer, the lessons are all completed in English, with German subtitles. The website boasts that the arrangements work for both acoustic and electric guitar, and patrons will also get “additional information about the songs” from Logan.
All three of Logan’s Eurovision winners feature, along with seven other songs including his take on the Mundy hit Galway Girl.
